Loan Checklist

Documents required vary from loan to loan, but generally the following are necessary, often for up to two years back:

• Statements of income such as W-2's, pay stubs, and Federal tax returns (ALL Schedules)
• Bank statements (must include ALL pages)
• recent statement of other assets such as IRA, 401k, retirement accounts (ALL pages)
• Rental or mortgage history
• Employment history and current information
• Photo identification (drivers license or passport), including Green Card if applicable
• Purchase Agreement and any Addendum
• Other pertinent items such as: Bankruptcy Discharge Notice, Divorce Decree , or Trust documents
